Management Bios

Senior Management:

Michael E. Bosway, President, Chief Executive Officer, Board Member
President and CEO Mike Bosway has been with City Securities for more than 30 years. Having spent his first 15 years with the company as a financial advisor, he served as the firm’s CEO from January 1998 until June 1999, at which time he became president and CEO. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Dayton and a Master of Business Administration degree in finance from the Ohio State University. Michael is active as a board member in numerous professional and community organizations. 

Linda Matkowski, Executive Vice President and Fixed Income Capital Markets Manager
Linda Matkowski serves as executive vice president at City Securities. Having spent the bulk of her career in Chicago, Linda recently joined City Securities to manage the Fixed Income Capital Markets division, which comprises Public Finance Banking, Underwriting, Institutional Trading & Sales,  and Retail/Taxable Trading. Linda is a graduate of the University of Illinois – Champaign-Urbana. She holds the FINRA Series 52, 53 and 53 licenses. Additionally, she is involved in the following industry organizations: Women in Public Finance (Illinois, Indiana and Ohio chapters), GFOA (Illinois & national chapters), Illinois Association School Business Managers, ASBO, Illinois School Board Association, Illinois Association for School Administration and the American Association for School Administrators 

Ray DiGaetano, Executive Vice President, Private Client Group
Ray DiGaetano serves as the executive vice president of City Securities’ Private Client Group.  An experienced advisor, manager and former head of Wealth Management, Ray brings 28 years of diverse experience to our clients and advisors.  His Chartered Financial Analyst credential adds the educational achievement of having demonstrated competence in the ethical treatment of clients, equity and fixed income analysis, real estate evaluation and portfolio management.  Ray believes that clients are best served by a refined process consisting of planning, evaluation and investment management with regular goal and life stage reviews to assure that both the advisor and client clearly understand the goals, their progress, and have reasonable expectations for achievement.
