Account Access Now Available on Your Mobile Device


To meet our client’s continued desires for technology solutions, we are pleased to announce that beginning December 15, 2012 they will be able to access their account from a mobile device. Additionally, those clients who don’t currently have access to their account will be able to sign up for access.

How to Access Mobile Brokerage

Clients who are enrolled for Access Online can sign on to Mobile Brokerage through their Access Online mobile-optimized website using their iPhone, Android or BlackBerry mobile device.

  • Details on account balances, holdings, and activity
  • Real-time quotes and charts
  • Market data, news and watch lists

Mobile Security

Mobile Brokerage uses the same security standards as Access Online:

  • User IDs and Passwords are not stored on the mobile device.
  • 128-bit encryption masks sensitive information.
  • The Mobile Brokerage session ends when the mobile browser is closed.

How to Enroll in Access Online

Online Enrollment  (Available beginning 12/15/2012)

Step 1 From, click on the “Client Login” tab. Then, select the “Sign Up” link.
Step 2 From here, enter account information and answer a few personal questions to verify client identity.
Step 3 Once verified, enter account numbers for the accounts that client would like to view online. Then, clients will be prompted to create a preferred Access Online User ID and Password.
Step 4 Upon initial login to Access Online, clients will be asked to review and accept the Online Agreement (which will only need to be accepted once and will not be presented upon subsequent logins).
Step 5 Lastly, clients will be asked to create three security questions and answers to use for future password resets before gaining online and mobile access to your accounts and documents.
