Jeffrey A. Whiting, Senior Vice President, has been active in the area of affordable housing finance since 1989. In 2001 he joined City Securities Corporation. Mr. Whiting is responsible for City Securities Corporation's bridge note program for investors in tax credit limited partnerships. Previously, Mr. Whiting was an officer with an Indianapolis based affordable housing developer and bank holding company. Prior to that, Mr. Whiting was involved in Indiana public finance, specifically multi-family housing.
 
Mr. Whiting is a graduate of Indiana University and is involved in numerous civic organizations. Mr. Whiting and his wife reside with their four children in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Brian K. McDonnell , Vice President, has been active in the area of affordable housing since 1997, and has been involved in architecture since 1994. He is licensed to practice architecture in Indiana, Arizona and New Mexico. Prior to joining City Securities Corporation in 2004, he gained experience in all aspects of affordable housing development through his work at regionally and nationally based affordable housing development companies.
 
Mr. McDonnell holds master's degrees from The University of Michigan in both architecture and engineering, and an MBA from Indiana University.

Mark C. Nightingale, Vice President, has worked in the real estate field since 1984.  Mr. Nightingale is responsible for asset management within City Securities Corporation’s Real Estate Group.  Mr. Nightingale began working in affordable housing in 2001.  Prior to joining City Securities, Mr. Nightingale developed and operated commercial real estate property throughout the United States representing pension funds, corporations and private investors.  Mr. Nightingale has a B.A. in economics from Lake Forest College.

Kent E. Shrock, Associate, joined City Securities Corporation in May 2004.  As a member of the Real Estate Group, Mr. Shrock’s focus is on establishing and servicing developer relationships within the affordable housing industry. Prior to joining the Real Estate Group in late 2005, Mr. Shrock served as a Financial Advisor with City Securities Private Client Group.  His previous experience includes work in both the investments and banking industries.

Mr. Shrock holds a bachelor of science degree from the University of Evansville in business administration, with a concentration in finance.

Mary Ann Lueken , Orr Fellowship Associate, joined City Securities Corporation in July 2005.  As a member of the Real Estate Group, Ms. Lueken focuses on the underwriting and due diligence processes, while assisting the department in all other areas of real estate transactions. Prior to joining City Securities, Ms. Lueken worked in the area of finance. Ms. Lueken is a recent graduate of the University of Notre Dame, where she obtained a B.A. in economics and German.
