Timothy C. Dusing, Senior Vice President. Mr. Dusing joined City Securities Corporation in February of 1992 as vice president in the municipal bond department. Currently, Mr. Dusing has over 29 years of experience in trading and underwriting Indiana municipal bonds. Prior to joining City Securities Corporation, Mr. Dusing managed the municipal trading and underwriting desk at a major Indianapolis financial institution. Mr. Dusing is responsible for the pricing and bidding on both negotiated and competitive bond issues as well as trading bonds in the secondary market. Mr. Dusing holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from Indiana University.

Lu Ann Vargo, Senior Vice President. Ms. Vargo joined City Securities Corporation in January of 2011. Ms. Vargo’s career has taken her all over the Midwest and she has extensive knowledge of Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio municipal credits. Prior to joining City Securities Corporation, she was responsible for underwriting competitive and negotiated issues ranging in size from $500,000 to $307,000,000. Ms. Vargo has over 28 years of experience in the analyzing, trading and underwriting of municipal bonds. At City Securities Corporation, she will have co-responsibility for the pricing and bidding of negotiated and competitive municipal bond issues in the primary market and trading bonds in the secondary market. Ms. Vargo holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and an M.B.A. in business from Ball State University.

Tina M. Montgomery, Assistant, Municipal Bonds. Ms. Montgomery has been with City Securities Corporation since March, 1995. Ms. Montgomery ensures that the department's record keeping of all Indiana municipal issues remains current, as well as preparing necessary documentation for municipal issues underwritten by City Securities Corporation. She also assists the public finance department with miscellaneous secretarial duties. Ms. Montgomery holds a bachelor's degree from Ball State University.
