  • PROBLEM:  Nothing happened when the client clicked the "Access CityLink Client Login " link.

    SOLUTION:  Discovered client had a pop-up blocker preventing the login page from being displayed.  Had the client type in the direct address: https://citysecurities.fccaccessonline.com/ and he was able to gain access.

  • PROBLEM:  When the client tries to log in, UserID and Password information is not accepted.

    SOLUTION:  The client needs to verify login information with his or her financial advisor via telephone.
