Michael E. Bosway, President, Chief Executive Officer, Board Member
Mr. Michael E. Bosway is president, chief executive officer, a board member of City Financial Corporation, and has been with the organization for over 20 years. Mr. Bosway spent his first 15 years with the company as a financial advisor and subsequently served as the firm’s chief executive officer (CEO) from January 1998 until June 1999. He has been president and CEO since that time. Mr. Bosway holds a bachelor of arts degree in economics from the University of Dayton and a master of business administration degree in finance from Ohio State University, and serves as a board member on numerous professional and community organizations.

Richard C. Boyles, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Operations Manager
Richard C. Boyles is an executive vice president and chief financial officer (CFO) of City Securities Corporation and also serves as the firm’s financial and operations principal. In addition to his CFO related activities, Mr. Boyles is also responsible for managing the firm’s back-office operations, technology, and human resources activities. Mr. Boyles’ career spans 22 years in the financial services and accounting fields. Prior to joining City Securities Corporation in 2001, Mr. Boyles spent 15 years with Lincoln National Corporation in a variety of management positions, the most recent being second vice president and CFO for Lincoln Financial Advisors Corporation. Mr. Boyles serves on the Finance Advisory Board for Ball State University’s Miller College of Business, and is involved in numerous other professional and community organizations. Mr. Boyles holds a bachelor of science degree in accounting from Ball State University and is licensed as an Indiana certified public accountant.

Michael B. Geraty, Executive Vice President, Institutional Sales and Taxable Fixed Income Manager
Michael B. Geraty is an executive vice president responsible for Institutional Sales and Taxable Fixed-Income Trading. He joined City Securities Corporation in 2001, and has been in the brokerage business since 1986. Mr. Geraty is a graduate of Webster University, and holds a master of business administration degree in finance from the University of Missouri. He serves on the board of the Eagle Creek Park Foundation and volunteers with the United Way and Zionsville Community Schools.

Randy G. Ruhl, Executive Vice President, Manager of the Public Finance Department
Mr. Ruhl joined City Securities in May 1988 after spending nearly 10 years with a local financial institution working extensively in the commercial lending and investment banking divisions. In addition to his role as the manager of the Public Finance Department, Mr. Ruhl’s current responsibilities include all public finance activities in structuring new project financings and refinancings for Indiana school corporations, counties, cities, towns and libraries. Mr. Ruhl also coordinates public finance activities with the state of Indiana and its agencies; in addition to multi-family housing issues and 501(c)3 financings. He has spent over 27 years in the financial services industry. Mr. Ruhl holds a B.S. from Indiana University.

Kevin Schmidt, Executive Vice President and Private Client Group Manager
Mr. Kevin W. Schmidt, executive vice president and retail sales manager of the Indianapolis-based City Securities Corporation, has been in the securities industry for over 29 years. Prior to joining City Securities Corporation, Mr. Schmidt spent the first 15 years of his securities career as a top-producing financial advisor. He has been a branch manager, regional managing director and a director of corporate training with his previous employers. Mr. Schmidt has been with City Securities Corporation since October of 2000. He is active with numerous professional and community organizations. Mr. Schmidt holds a bachelor of science in business administration, cum laude, from Greenville College in Greenville, Illinois.

Robert V. Welch,
Jr., Executive Vice President and Corporate Finance Manager
Mr. Robert V. Welch, Jr., is an executive vice
president and has been active in
many facets of the financial industry for over 16 years. Before joining
City Securities, Mr. Welch re-engineered and headed the Indiana Housing
Finance Authority, a $1 billion "bank" - equivalent in size to one of
Indiana's fifteen largest financial institutions. Mr. Welch guided the
Authority to several ratings upgrades and brought more than $750 million
complex taxable and tax-exempt fixed income financings to the public
markets. Prior to this, he worked in corporate lending/finance with
Continental Bank in Chicago (now part of Bank of America) and in the
finance division of Delta Faucet Company in Indianapolis (a major
subsidiary of Masco Corporation). Mr. Welch holds a master in business
administration from Indiana University and a bachelor in business
administration (finance) from the University of Notre Dame. Mr. Welch
grew up in Indianapolis and is active in many community organizations.

Vice President and Insurance Manager
Mr. Michael H. White is an executive vice president, manager of the firm’s Insurance Division, and has been in the insurance business for over 33 years. Mr. White has been with City Securities Corporation since August of 1983. Mr. White holds a bachelor of science degree from Indiana State University and is a member of numerous professional and civic organizations.

Whiting, Executive Vice President and Real Estate Manager
Jeffrey A. Whiting
is an executive vice president and manager of the Real Estate Department.
Mr. Whiting has been active in the area of affordable housing finance
since 1989. In 2001 he joined City Securities Corporation to start the
firm’s Real Estate Department. Mr. Whiting is responsible for City
Securities bridge note program for investors in tax credit limited
partnerships. Previously, Mr. Whiting was an officer with an
Indianapolis- based affordable housing developer and bank holding
company. Prior to that, Mr. Whiting was involved in Indiana public
finance, specifically multi-family housing. Mr. Whiting is a graduate
of Indiana University and is involved in numerous civic organizations.
